Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for industrial and research applications
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Lead technical roadmaps for quantum hardware-software co-design
- Conduct performance optimization and benchmarking of quantum algorithms

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
