Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop error-correction protocols for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm design and implementation
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical interfaces
- Drive quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Research novel quantum applications in drug discovery and materials science
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our Quantum Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Proven track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts into practical solutions
