Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and security specialists
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Establish protocols for quantum-safe data transmission and storage systems
- Research emerging quantum materials and cryogenic cooling technologies
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings at global technology symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Security clearance preferred for government projects
- Expertise in error correction for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography principles
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation
