Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processors with >1000 qubit stability
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration
- Patent novel quantum architectures and methodologies
- Mentor quantum engineering talent across departments
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years quantum computing hardware/software experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency in Q#, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Strong background in machine learning and parallel computing
- Track record of delivering production quantum prototypes
