Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for commercial applications in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Lead quantum system integration with classical HPC infrastructure
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to create hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Research and implement novel quantum cryptography solutions
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
