- Lead hybrid quantum-classical algorithm development for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems and qubit connectivity
- Drive quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor quantum software engineers in circuit optimization techniques
- Present quantum computing roadmaps at international conferences (Q2C, IEEE Quantum)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, topological)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum hardware or algorithms
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum platforms
- Strong background in quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
