Responsibilities
- Architect and lead strategic innovation initiatives targeting 2026+ market disruptions
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers
- Develop roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in research environments

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ in strategic roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in future trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong background in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field preferred
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
