Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-AI systems leveraging Q# and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Design error-corrected quantum processors for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum interfaces for classical-quantum co-processing
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum chip design and control systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and ML frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures and decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
