Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum AI architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines achieving 10^9x speedups
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-secure cryptographic protocols
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-time financial modeling and drug discovery
- Architect distributed quantum computing networks spanning 5 global data centers
- Drive innovation in quantum neural networks and quantum-inspired classical algorithms
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent research impact)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development with demonstrated publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks
- Track record of leading complex R&D projects with $1M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds and practical quantum advantage
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
