Responsibilities

- Create predictive models for quantum system behavior under real-world conditions
- Establish industry standards for quantum-AI integration protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Hands-on experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum, PyTorch Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and post-quantum algorithms
- Track record of patenting quantum computing innovations
