Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning algorithms for complex predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum computing with deep neural networks
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for quantum AI systems in high-noise environments
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum algorithms for next-generation processors
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and AI ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics with 3+ years post-grad research
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/NeurIPS) on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement, superposition, and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and GPU acceleration
- Strong background in theoretical physics and mathematical optimization
