Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous vehicle control systems using ROS and C++
- Develop machine learning models for real-time decision-making in dynamic environments
- Optimize sensor fusion algorithms (LiDAR, radar, camera) for 2026 deployment standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety-critical system integration
- Lead validation testing in simulated and real-world scenarios
- Document technical specifications and contribute to patent applications
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in autonomous systems or embedded software
- Expertise in Python, C++, and ROS frameworks
- Strong background in machine learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standards
- Experience with sensor calibration and fusion techniques
- Published research in autonomous navigation preferred
