Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum processors operating at room temperature
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum neural network architectures
- Lead open-source contributions to quantum-AI frameworks like Qiskit and PennyLane
- Present research findings at global conferences including IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing best practices
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms on platforms like IBM Quantum or Rigetti
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks
- Published research in Nature/Science or peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
