Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for real-world optimization challenges
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for large-scale computational problems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure AI systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE QCE
- Mentor PhD candidates and drive innovation in our Quantum-AI incubator program
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors for AI workloads
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 3+ years industry research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq) and error mitigation
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing or machine learning conferences
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with frameworks like TensorFlow Quantum or PennyLane
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (VQE, QAOA, HHL) and complexity theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ) or simulators
