Responsibilities
- Design and deploy quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Integrate quantum processors with classical ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Author white papers and patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning principles

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and high-performance computing
- Experience with NISQ-era quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti)
