Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging near-term quantum processors
- Develop integration frameworks connecting quantum annealers with classical AI stacks
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence effects in neural network training
- Create patent-pending methodologies for quantum-optimized reinforcement learning
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum AI best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum complexity theory
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Strong background in optimization problems and combinatorics
