Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for AI workloads
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for large-scale AI training models
- Optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning acceleration in real-world applications
- Create secure quantum communication frameworks for distributed AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and AI engineers
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, trapped ions)
- Develop performance benchmarks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum-AI integration
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or AI research
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and distributed systems
- Strong background in cryptography and quantum security protocols
