- Translate theoretical quantum models into deployable enterprise solutions
- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for quantum-AI research initiatives
- Pioneer quantum-safe cryptographic frameworks for 2026 infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computation
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D teams
