Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for next-generation computational systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Architect neural networks optimized for quantum supremacy applications
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous quantum decision-making systems
- Collaborate with NASA and MIT on quantum-resistant satellite communication protocols
- Drive patent strategy for quantum machine learning innovations
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with large-scale AI model training (GPT-4+ equivalent)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and quantum security protocols
