Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the high-level technical vision and strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-availability distributed systems capable of handling massive concurrency.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of core infrastructure components, including cloud migration and microservices orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, designers, and engineersâto translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, performance tuning, and security audits to maintain the highest standards of system integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale deployments and managing technical debt.
