Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and future-proof for the 2026 era.
- System Architecture: Design and implement microservices and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data throughput.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cloud & DevOps: Oversee the migration and management of our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), optimizing for cost and performance.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or Lead Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust, or Python, and experience with distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot high-pressure, high-stakes production issues.
