Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency standards are met
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with logistics department for seamless material flow
- Analyze production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to senior management
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of production/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
