Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive product roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, competitor moves, and user needs to identify strategic opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and sales departments to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new feature releases, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Innovation Strategy: Spearhead initiatives integrating AI and machine learning into core product offerings to enhance user experience.
- Resource Allocation: Work with finance and product teams to prioritize the roadmap and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into detailed technical execution plans.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and emerging tech (AI, IoT, Blockchain).
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing executive stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
