Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 5-year technology strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to market implementation
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing systems and architectures
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
