Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Vision product roadmap, aligning business goals with technical feasibility.
- Lead cross-functional agile squads to deliver high-impact features ahead of schedule.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive threats for the 2026 horizon.
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate next-gen AI and predictive analytics into core products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception, through development, to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of launching successful products in the tech sector, specifically within AI or SaaS.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate abstract visions into actionable product roadmaps.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
