Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and define the long-term technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging trends.
- System Design: Design complex, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Quantum-ready computing, and next-gen edge networks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on architectural decisions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards and compliance regulations (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Savvy: Proven experience or deep interest in AI/ML integration and next-generation system architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguous technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
