Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Lead the architectural design of distributed systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, Security, Cloud) to integrate novel technologies.
- Establish coding standards and best practices to drive engineering excellence.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical assessments to ensure quality assurance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on large-scale systems.
- Deep expertise in Quantum Computing or advanced AI integration concepts.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed consensus algorithms and microservices architecture.
- Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
