Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and strategic roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead the architecture design for large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Edge AI) and evaluate their potential impact on business operations.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems at scale.
- Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern NLP/CV frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for executive stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
