Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Forecast technological disruptions and recommend mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Drive R&D investments in high-impact emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, biotech, or decentralized systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics) a plus
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
