Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, next-generation neural network architectures capable of reaching Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) milestones by 2026.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI researchers and engineers in the development of advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models.
- Define and implement robust ethical frameworks and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems to ensure responsible deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into real-world enterprise applications.
- Predict and evaluate emerging trends in AI, including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Oversee the infrastructure pipeline, ensuring high availability and security of proprietary AI models.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
