Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework for emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and business development teams
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps for market entry of breakthrough technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their commercial implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from research concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., ACI, APF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
