Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present future tech frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, sustainable tech, or neuro interfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Futures or Strategic Innovation
