Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the long-term technical strategy for AI systems, specifically focusing on scalability and autonomy by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant distributed AI systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of elite data scientists and engineers in exploring novel machine learning paradigms, including Reinforcement Learning and Neural Architecture Search.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and continuous retraining loops.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or computer vision systems at scale.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve unstructured problems and innovate solutions for ambiguous challenges.
