Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Systems: Design and oversee the development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step problem solving without human intervention.
- Quantum Readiness: Lead the integration of quantum-safe algorithms into current AI frameworks to prepare for the post-quantum era.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends for 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in neural-symbolic AI and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning for enterprise applications.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to emerging regulatory frameworks and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and post-quantum cryptography.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
