Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications in cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Prototype quantum algorithms for industrial and scientific breakthroughs
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum hardware innovations
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum hardware/software development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE quantum journals
- Mastery of Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit design
- Track record of leading $5M+ R&D initiatives
- Patents in quantum technologies preferred
