- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, AR/VR, and quantum-safe cryptography into our core offerings.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align the 2026 vision with overarching business and revenue objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping and innovation sprints.
- Identify strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities to accelerate our 2026 technological goals.
- Present quarterly innovation updates and strategic milestones to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic innovation.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, forward-looking software or hardware products to market.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends expected to mature by 2026 (e.g., Spatial Computing, Advanced AI).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams and executives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments with a focus on disruptive innovation.
