Responsibilities

- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore and integrate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap, including Generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, providing technical guidance and mentorship to senior developers and data scientists.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into production environments, ensuring high availability, low latency, and fault tolerance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for executive stakeholders and non-technical partners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI and Machine Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong background in data governance, privacy, and ethical AI implementation.
