In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI infrastructure, from theoretical research to high-scale production deployment. You will collaborate with world-class engineers to solve unsolved problems in neural networks and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation LLMs and neural networks.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Oversee MLOps strategies to automate model training, validation, and deployment.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Partner with product leadership to translate advanced research into customer-facing features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven experience designing scalable systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Deep Reinforcement Learning, or Computer Vision.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
