Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the integration of quantum algorithms into large-scale neural networks and deep learning models.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of AI researchers, quantum physicists, and software engineers.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Establish industry-leading ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical capabilities into strategic business value.
- Drive the adoption of new hardware acceleration technologies to optimize AI inference speeds.
- Represent the company at major tech conferences and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, including Transformers, GANs, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated passion for the ethical implications of AI and quantum technology.
