Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AGI readiness and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including advanced LLMs, quantum-resistant cryptography, and spatial computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic tech initiatives with core business objectives and revenue goals.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and researchers to prototype and deploy 2026-ready enterprise solutions.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators, startups, and academic institutions.
- Monitor global tech regulations and ensure all 2026 initiatives meet stringent compliance and ethical AI standards.
- Represent FutureForge at top-tier industry conferences, delivering keynote presentations on future tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or advanced AI research.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks, Web3 architecture, and cloud-native ecosystems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Strong understanding of the ethical, legal, and societal implications of future technologies.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
