Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Define KPIs for technology ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Certification in emerging tech foresight (e.g., Gartner, Singularity University)
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Portfolio demonstrating past technology disruption initiatives
