Responsibilities
- Resolve technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues
- Train clients on software and hardware solutions
- Monitor service tickets for SLA compliance
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients
- Contribute to knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in Windows/macOS troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license
