Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ person night shift team with real-time performance tracking
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics including cross-docking and inventory control
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift managers for operational continuity
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Resolve operational issues using data-driven decision making
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (Oracle/SAP preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Forklift certification (valid Class I-IV)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
