Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse associates
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems
- Resolve operational bottlenecks proactively
- Conduct shift handovers with precision
- Train new hires on equipment procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shift
- Proficient in inventory software (WMS)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
