Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift staff, ensuring productivity and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management
- Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures
- Resolve operational issues and maintain equipment functionality
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work independently overnight (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
