Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff during overnight shifts, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and order fulfillment accuracy
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
- Handle employee scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies during night shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift oversight
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with Dallas-based logistics operations preferred
