Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person overnight team including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and emergency procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day and afternoon shifts
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse protocols
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP/JDE preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
