Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts
- Oversee receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct daily staff briefings and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Experience with WMS systems and inventory management
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
