Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts
- Train new staff on equipment (RF scanners, forklifts)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns
- Generate daily performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Available for overnight shifts (Sun-Fri)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer literacy
