Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily performance targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and minor maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks during peak weekends.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
